Processing your order
Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. All orders are filled and shipped from the store’s inventory on 872 College Street, Toronto, Canada.
All the prices in our inventory are in Canadian Dollars. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are not included and will be added to the final invoice, if applicable. Orders shipped outside Canada are not subject to any Canadian sale taxes.
We will do our best to guarantee a successful sale, but errors happen, and if an item or a product size is out of stock during the processing of your order, we will contact you and refund your payment promptly.
Once we have received an order, we will need a standard processing time up to 2 days prior to shipping. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday and are shipped by Canada Post.
We offer free shipping within Canada and the USA for orders of more than $300 CAD. For orders of less than $300 CAD, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 CAD will be added to your total invoice in Canada, and a flat rate of $25 CAD will be added for orders in USA.
For international orders, we offer free shipping on purchases of more than $600. For International orders under $600 CAD you will be invoiced a subsequent fee based on the cost of your order and region.
For North American delivery we ship via Canada Post Expedited which takes approximately 3-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in USA. Please note that the delivery time outside North America will vary considerably. The store is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other costs incurred by purchases made outside Canada.
If there is an unexpected delay in shipment time, you will be contacted immediately. The store is not responsible for any delays or damage caused in-transit by the postal service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to offer a store credit or exchange.
Store credit can be used both in-store and online. We do not issue refunds for returned items, and please note that all sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
All returns must be pre-approved. Before returning an item, please contact us at +1 (416) 533-5652 or at email@example.com to notify the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Items sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused at the customer’s expense.
You have seven (7) days from the date you receive the product to request authorization for returns. Return requests will not be authorized after the seven day period has passed. A return authorization number (RA) is required by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must return the product to us within seven (7) days after receiving the Return Authorization information. The product must be in its original condition with all original tags. You are responsible for all of the costs of delivering the product back to us. We reserve the right to request proof of shipment date.
